RO Membranes
Introduce:
- RO FILTER stands for two words Reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis). RO membrane is manufactured from Polyamide material, RO filtration technology was invented and researched since the 50s of the last century and developed completely in the 70s later. It was first researched and applied mainly to the maritime and space sectors of the United States. Invented by scientist Oragin Later, RO technology is widely applied in life and production, such as producing drinking water, providing purified water for food production, pharmaceuticals or laboratories. ..
- The current RO filter element is known as a filter element that is composed of coiled membrane clusters (modules), each filter cluster (module) includes a membrane that conducts clean water, a reverse osmosis filter. and a water supply membrane. The upper membranes are stacked and wound around the central clean water collection tube. The reverse osmosis membrane is wound around to form a feed water channel between two adjacent outer surfaces of the membrane. The clean water channel is formed from the adjacent inner surface of the reverse osmosis membrane. The clean water channel is located in the middle of this clean water channel.
- RO reverse osmosis filter cartridge of this type, the edges are sealed at the 2 side edges of the clean water channel and 1 edge is far away from the central clean water recovery pipe. Therefore, water after osmosis will flow concentratedly to one side of the other edge and connect to the central clean water pipe.
- After the filter module (module) is wrapped around the central clean water pipe, the entire outer surface of the filter element will be covered by a thin outer plastic film that is sealed except for the 2 ends of the filter element.
