Application: Supplying ultra-pure water for Electronic Components Factory, Glass of hand-held devices.

Technology: Pretreatment including softening, RO 2 levels, EDI System, Mix-bed Polisher System.

Finished products: Ultrapure water or DI water with capacity 10m³/hour, Resistance: 18.25 MΩ/cm

1. System capacity:

• Pre-filtration system: Capacity 30m³/hour, finished water used for RO system, central cooling system
• 2-level RO system: Capacity 15m³/hour, finished water reaches  conductivity<5μS/cm
• EDI system: Capacity 12m³/hour, finished water resistance > 15 MΩ/cm
• Mix-bed Polisher system: Capacity 10m³/h, finished water resistance > 18.25 MΩ/cm

• Tulsion T42 Na . water softening resin
• Microfilter cartridge Pall CLR 140
• Dupont Filmtec RO Membrane (DOW)
• Tulsion MB115 . mix-bed beads

3. Technical service

• Check the system once/month, send reports to customers
• Periodic maintenance and replacement of filter materials
